Our 2024 Classic blend is a mix of barnea, picuado, frantoio and leccino. A well balanced, fruity olive oil with a long lingering finish.

Balanced, with the typical green almond scent, artichoke, grass. The oil is well structured, with clean bitterness and lingering pungency -though not overpowering. Pair with asparagus, lentils and pork. (Pablo Voitzuk – International olive oil judge )
