Our 2023 Tuscan blend comprises just Frantoio and Leccino, both varieties originally from Tuscany.  A peppery oil.

Really accomplished, complete and complex. A very attractive blend of green almond and artichoke, also with green apple, grass, and officinalis herbs notes.It’ll pair very well, obviously, with dishes of the Tuscan tradition: white beans, white beans soup as the famous “ribollita”, liver paté crostinis, tortelli, pappardelle, Italian dishes as spaghetti carbonara or melanzane alla parmigiana. Most likely great on butternut squash soup, lamb and red meats (Pablo Voitzuk – International olive oil judge )
